Demonstrated are several massage techniques, including pulcking massage techniques, pushing along the neck, rubbing the neck and shoulder area, relaxing slapping, hacking, rolling with the back of the hand.
It’s a very good, though short Chinese massage video. You definitely can get some inspiration for your massage techniques here, although it doesn’t go into details. However, if you just find a massage partner and practice a bit, ask for feedback and watch the video you will be able to learn a great deal from this less than 2 minute Tui Na massage video.
